I actually think Cathay doing 9-10 weekly is more than feasible, when you consider their operations (most of their European routes operate more than daily, and when you consider the size of their UK offering in particular, now 7 daily and cargo flights to boot, pretty impressive).
Along with natural route growth, I see no reason CX couldn't operate more than daily. Obviously we are not talking 3 daily and beyond, so hardly unrealistic aspirations. I personally didn't see QR going more than 2 daily before EY, but it happened, so, stranger things can happen.
And if we want to get technical, then technically, SQ is more than daily at MAN (younger is firmly in cheek before anyone takes it seriously!)
