You underestimate the usefulness of your "soon to be Chinese FO" by almost as much as you overestimate your current value on the expat market. With all of 500 hours jet transport PIC under your belt and an attitude like that, if you ever did get to China that F/O would be busy saving your bacon on a near daily basis.
There's exactly zero interest in NTR captains with 500 PIC and 3000 TT, let alone for ones with egos big enough to denigrate the skill of colleagues that they've yet to meet.
