It is not a stupid question.

If you have time as captain on a Q400, some companies in Europe will take you in a left seat on a 737 or A320 (i.e. Sun Express, Vueling).

And why bother answering, if you think it is stupid. Just leave it instead of blighting the forum with contemptuous and condescending comments.
