I'm just noticing you're from Algeria, I think you would be far better off trying the Air Algerie cadet programme run via CAE OAA.
There have been strong rumours it will start again ... hold on and see

And just to say, I would not advise focussing solely on price, if it takes another 5 years or so to raise more money ... that is a lot better than spending 30,000 euros, going to the cheapest school possible (not a good thing) and struggling to find a job (which you will).
