Had heard the recent Central European road show had 8 attendees and of those 8 only two were even qualified to apply... of those two, one of them just went to visit someone he knew on the recruitment team. So, only 1 qualified... and only 8 in attendance.
When will EK learn... RE-ASSESS, RE-ACTION, RE-MANAGE. They drill that into their crews quite a bit but simply don't follow it when it comes to having to keep up with the times of higher demand for pilots worldwide.
