The problem is, nobody has any idea at all, including the CAA. As I said, one or two of us with provable experience just observe each other, so I see no reason why it couldn't happen with yourself, just to keep a paperwork trail. I think a TRTO (ATO) would have to be qualified to do an approval, and I don't know of any.
