These mind boggling modern computerised helicopters, we never had any issues like this to deal with in the old days doing single engine training in the 212.
Had the same thoughts last week as I was being briefed by another OEM that for Cat A Helipad training in their aircraft you needed to factor the times by 14 to record against component life! That's very expensive training.....
