Tuc, I hear what you say but what I can't understand is that all of those 70 families' losses were subject to a Coroner's Court. That is an 'independent' Coroner and
most definately not an MOD employee. So why were these people, that had been so obviously neglegent, prosecuted?
Brian, I agree. There are some dreadful cover ups at all levels of civil aviation from General Aviation to Commercial Air Transport. Often the commercial edge is what instigates such bad behaviour especially if profit margins are low.
