That's all well and good, but I'd imagine a significant proportion of the ABZ-FAE punters aren't from Shetland, myself included.
For a route that's due to start in just over a month or so, to not have contacted anyone a week after the news was released/leaked to the press is a poor show imo. They were still flogging tickets for it at the time of my refund.
