Ryanair will definitely be a port of call for me and my question is does anybody know how they react to ATPL fails?
I have one second attempt on flight planning. Failed the first time by 1%
Other than that all first time passes with a 90% average.
Is there anyone that's been in my shoes and had ATPL fails and still got the job?
You'll be fine with just one fail. They might bring it up in the interview but you can turn it into a positive talking about how it was a subject you found challenging and how you walked on it to make sure you passed the next time
