Just a quick word of thanks to the hard working wearers of Butlins suits
I've been pax on the usual carriers, but noone seems to have such genuinely nice people as Virgin - regardless, surprisingly, of whether you are in Crunch, Premium or Upper (flown 'em all!).
BA, AA all very professional, no complaints, but there seems to be a down to earth 'startup' attitide at VA which goes a million miles for a passenger.
