This is indeed tedious as Cumbrian Boy points out. Extremely tedious, worse than a bad day on Jet Blast in fact. As a relief from all this rubbish may I introduce a piece of real aviation news that may actually be of interest to a wider audience..

Many will be aware there are three HS748s that have been in open storage at SEN since Janes Aviation ceased trading in 2009. In October 2014 it was reported that one (or all ?) had been sold to a Kenyan operator and preparations were under way to fly it out to Kenya. Now (March 2017) it seems that its departure may be imminent.

This presumably will be the first HS748n to fly in UK or Europe for several years, and that it, or its fellow 748s if they follow it, could be the last to be seen flying in these parts. Am I correct in this supposition ?

I suspect there is a good story to be told here if anyone is able to unearth it.
