I think it might come down to me wanting to see the underdog airport do well at all times of the day and night. Southend seems to be a great experience for passengers but sometimes it is clear depending when the passenger travels the place can be a nightmare if the passenger doesn't travel by car.
Much of that is out of the airports control but some of that experience is under the full control of the airport and they could do more.
