Not sure of the specifics, but the wings went on as a separate structure they sure could come off again. Would be a lot of work though. Engines off, landing gear off, lots of shoring up f the fuselage and wings then a lot of rivets to remove, finally the wing bolts.
Obviously never going to fly again. Who's doing the work for you?
