Hi Ziyad,

I don't know if this is a great rule of thumb but Hong Kong use HK66 which is similar to EASA66 so maybe Asian authorities using 66 numbering system follow an EASA style format? (you do the research!)

Malaysia follows a BCAR section L style system, maybe because historically there a lot of ties between the country and when implementing a system they turned to British (as many do)
