My (Irish) EASA licence has section XIII showing validity of the bits and pieces and credits etc and Section XII has remarks and restrictions. Then, naturally, each rating should appear on the appropriate pages of the licence. My Examiners Authority references FCL.1005.FI as to what I can examine. IIRC my old UK one referenced FCL.905.FI PART-FCL which gives a decode of the (a)s, (b)s, (c)s etc as to what the actual FI privs are.

Revalidation requirements are not shown on the licence but can be found in FCL.900s for each class of instructor. The expiry date is, obviously, stated on the ratings page.
HTH - or have I misread your request?
