volare_737, After being told that I would have to pay for my own psychometrics I kinda lost interest. Think it was total SG$18000-19000 before deductions.
There have been no salary increases in the last 5 years.
The pilots were offered a new contract that had a clause that the company could reduce the salary if the profit figures were down. Haven't heard what the outcome of that was.
