Have a look at the Indonesian NTSC web site, that will give you an indication of the operators accident history. Accident rate in West Papua is high, compared to most other regions. Primary accident causes are pilot error, CFIT, runway excersions and DG related incidents as they carry a lot of fuel into remote areas around.
I'd be contacting the operator directly to ask the questions.
