Turin- re SIA
Given the amount of people travelling from MAN to Australasia & Asia, SIA should be doing better( in terms of load).
I had a minor ground handling issue with them and was met with complete intransigence.
Hence they are on my no fly list, losing many thousands of £ of my business.
As a frequent Asia traveller (business class)I'm sold on the ME3 or CX when the schedule fits.I could at times use Hanain if it was to Shanghai and not Beijing.
I also had minor ground issue with CX & they couldn't do enough to rectify and quickly too.
It's all about personal perception & experience.
But yes SIA could do better IMHO.
A test of any company is how they handle things when they go wrong.
(my no fly list consists of SIA, easyjet & Germanwings/ eurowings- but people should make their own minds up based on their own experiences)
