If you have your medical records held by the French authorities, then the French authorities will issue you a French EASA licence. You won't deal with the Swedish CAA at all.

I thought that in order to have a licence from a particular CAA, a guy from this particular CAA had to come and do the test flight. Is it not true ?
If it was it would make things much more complicated.. However, my medical will expire halfway through my CPL MEIR training, so I might just renew it in Sweden..
So I basically have to undertake an ELP examination anyway ?
Shouldn't I just do all that in Sweden ? I hear it is almost impossible to get a lvl 6 here in France..
