It's good to that Lockheed has continued the tradition of referring it to an L-100, despite the fact that it's model designation is L382. That way, long after the old L382's are parked, we can still get asked what the difference is between an L-100 and L382 is. (sigh ... nothing) or listen to the ill informed tell us that the L 100 is the "stretched version" (sigh...no, it isn't).
