Avoiding American Class B airspace excursion

A recent FAA Safety Alert for Operators seems to suggest that we monitor the boundaries of Class B airspace around the major airports that carriers fly into in order to make sure that we don't accidentally go outside those boundaries. Is this realistic for airline pilots to be doing this in the terminal area. I know that I have not been paying attention to where these boundaries are.

But maybe it is realistic. Anybody out there have some suggestions based on what they do?

"During preparations for operations in or near Class B airspace, pilots and flightcrews are encouraged to thoroughly review and brief the boundaries of that airspace. During approach, pilots and flightcrews operating within Class B airspace should be attentive to proper descent profiles and their current position relative to airspace boundaries. When receiving radar vectors, pilots and flightcrew should remain attentive to the lateral limits of the Class B airspace."
