unable to e-mail to btinternet
Does anyone have a clue as to why I can't e-mail to a UK btinternet e-mail address ?
10 days a go an old mate died and I sent an e-mail to his widow, which was undelivered due to .. quote "exceeded max time without delivery"
After three attempts, and VERY carefully checking that I hadn't made a typo, I wrote a snail mail letter to the widow and this morning I got an e-mail from her saying she couldn't understand, as I had indeed used the correct e-mail address. I immediately wrote a response and just hit "reply" - i.e. I didn't have to re-write the address incorrectly - maybe. That was shown on my Outlook Sent Mail folder as having been sent, but has just been returned again ! I am currently entering my second hour of listening to Justin Bieber as I try to call my ISP - my call is clearly VERY important to them
