Just a thought but perhaps the release date has been dictated by other issues, I assume that the AAIB will brief the relatives of those that lost their lives before the report goes public so their availability will have to be considered, and the next week is likely to be dominated by the budget.
From where I sit, regardless of the date of release, the report will be significant enough to get coverage, industry will react to the report but probably most important of all, the relatives of those people who lost their lives that day will, hopefully, get some answers.
