Printer HP ENVY 4507
Problem
When trying to print photos in a 7X5 format the printer flatly refuses to print
Bafflepoint:
Remove photo paper. Replace with computer paper cut to the same size as the photopaper and the thing hums merrily away printing to its hearts content.
No Hewlett Packard don't know either
Laptop and printer info all in sync.
If 7X5 removed and subsitutted for any other ie A4 or 6x4 it prints just fine
Any offers before I chuck it at the nearest wall.
me to have same problem earlier yo should place the paper in the pickup roller correctly otherwise it will show errors also try to remove old driver and install latest
HP Envy 4507 driver
that will fix the problem
