Firstly, it's not so much that BFS got the 2 flights, it's how it gets them in the grand scheme of things.
In terms of 'why would you want to fly to Stewart when you have JFK/EWR already?' I don't know, maybe the same reasons as DUB perhaps, doesn't seem to stop pax booking flights there?
