'safeguarding' our airport infrastructure by allowing significant non-aviation infrastructure development within airport boundaries immediately adjacent to critical runway areas (touchdown and lift-off zones)?.. This problem is an issue at many airports including Essendon, Bankstown and Canberra to name a few..
