Cutters, the New York service was to be funded by 6 million over the period by the executive. Since 2010 CODA has had over 14 million in state/taxpayers aid and now another nearly 4 million too. Btw my handle on here refers to the classic Douglas aircraft and not DLA city were you expect everything for free.
