not enough seating areas (outside of food outlets).
I think that's supposed to be the whole point. The less free seating, the more people have to go inside somewhere to sit down, meaning they will buy a drink in there. i agree from a passenger point of view its not the best, however, it's a business at the end of the day and they want people spending money in the terminal.
