Have to agree as well, it does look very underwhelming. Too many shops along both sides of narrow corridors and stuck in corners. And what is this fascination with low ceilings and exposed aircon ducting - revolting !! Reminds me a bit of the old T2 at LHR minus the bright green plastic interior cladding.
Is it better than what is currently there ? Yes, probably, but let's face it that wouldn't be difficult to achieve. Certainly appears to be a long way from the game changer I was expecting after all the marketing hype.
Let's hope the finished product looks better than the graphics.
