I think all RYR bases now have 5 on, 4 off, alternating earlys and lates.
With the possible exception of some smaler bases.
By the way; EU just voted to stop the false contracting and a lot of other stuff to level the playing field.
A bit late if You ask me, but hey, good new anyway.
Maybe we have a winner of the race to the bottom.?
