Not enough info about starting conditions but a rough estimate:

Taxi: 1100kg
Take-off and climb: 8000kg
Cruise Hour 1: 12000kg
Hour 2: 11500 kg
Hour 3: 11000kg
Hour 4: 10500kg
Hour 5: 10250kg
