I accept that Boeing will be difficult to challenge but it seems to me that several people who have contributed to this thread have the time, energy and skills to try. After all, David is reputed to have beaten Goliath!
Moreover organisations that have given awards, such at Portsmouth Uni and HCAP, are not as formidable imho.
