It certainly appears that press statement issue by Boeing and it's representatives were misleading and so the company should be asked for an explanation.
Goodness, now I wonder who would have the motivation and resources to turn up the heat on Boeing? It would be a sort of "A vs B" thing, a well matched fight instead of David vs Goliath.
Can anyone think of anyone to raise it with at an appropriate commercial organisation -
