PR is like in america you need a green card, same thing. I am try to get a sponsor here with some job as a cook as an Italian cook. As soon as I will sure to get the chance to have the
PR then I will apply for the flight school! but I really suggest any one to find job in their own country because on many web site there I saw ad with more than 20 job in aviation, but you must be entitle to live and work in canada !
