Plenty of twitter traffic today with people asking CoDA what is going on. Their response is that if you want more details regarding the PSO and current progress to direct message them on twitter. If anyone's that interested, that appears to be the way to do it (if anyone does DM them can you explain the difference between apologies and apologises? Great, cheers).
On a more serious note, Julian O'Neil, BBC business correspondent tweeted in late December that he'd heard FlyBe and Loganair had applied to operate the PSO. We shall see soon enough.
