Probably because your claim is both incorrect and potentially libellous. There is no protected status for these badges (no matter how much you might wish there were) and the RAF themselves sell them as nick-nacks (see here and here for example). When you biuy these things there is no restriction on how/where it is to be used/worn. The package does not have a seal printed with "By breaking this seal you are agreeing never to allow this badge to be seen or worn in public, or do anything else that might cause Shytorque's blood pressure to rise".

So you claim simply isn't true - it's fake news, an alternative fact. If you want your extensive campaign against TCT to have any credibility may I suggest that you stick to allegations that are actually true, lest you become tarred with your own brush?
