There have been minor changes to the BHX schedule (possibly major ones if Jon is right) in the last week and I suppose it is just that time of year before things settle down.

Probably too early to say but sorting issues at this time of year is usually easier than mid summer and both BHX diverts yesterday are now almost back on track. The based 788 left around one late to Montego Bay and the long-haul 763 is now in for the Bridgetown so BHX long-haul is only running around one hour to 90 minutes late.
The 738 divert is even back operating - the same aircraft went back to Sofia last night and it is already back in from Toulouse this morning. Sorted as they say.
