Her lawyers letter implied that by revealing the truth here on Pprune I was involved in a joint excercise with Sam Rutherford which constituted harassment.
I think that she might have tried to file a complaint with the UK police regarding Sam but as I understand it he is based in Belgium so I fail to see how they could do anything.
Likewise I am in the Far East and have never met Sam nor would I recognise him.
Of course if that defence worked it could be applied to anyone such as the famous case of the MP who claimed expenses for his duck house.
