Personally I think the main hope is Vistara. Air India is very London centric, with BHX lucky due to the large Punjab population.
Jet Airways is shackled by Etihad to help fill their AUH flights, so, Vistara may be the last ones once they get their long haul in order. They are part owned by SQ so already have the foundations for a possible MAN flight.
Time will tell.
