flyingfemme. Headsets are provided (or were when I went through) however I can't recommend getting a decent headset highly enough. I have a Bose a20, which is pricy but awesome, and if your relative goes to EJ they'll be able to use it on the line, so it will keep on giving. I use mine every day, and love it!
