The directors don't care about senior guys leaving. The fact is they are replaced by much cheaper ones. The fact that only C scale is leaving, but not that many means the C Scale package is right as far as CX directors are concerned. The problem is no B scale guys leave (retaining expensive labor is bad) and it also means the B scale package is too good. ( Like the old A scale B scale comparisons).
Bundling votes. Its a sure way to ensure a crappy deal is passed. The odds are stacked in the houses favour.
Its simple. If it affects your package or contract then you should have a vote. If it does not affect your package then you should not vote. RP's is an all pilot deal therefore all should vote. ARAPA is a B scale deal and only those receiving should vote. Same goes for HKPA.
Common sense should prevail but the problem is common sense is just not that common.
