OO - Which Commisioner did you vote for? Which one can you vote out? Can any EU country have its very own air traffic rights agreement? A quick flick through Articles 208, 217, 218 etc. tells you (ad nauseam) how trade deals are put together by the Commission and the rules that have to be followed. Back to the thread. I can not see any reason why we would not not pull out of EASA. If for no other reason than we have no longer have the full set of skills at Gatwick Towers to run an independent CAA. Although some may argue they never did!
