Bit late on reporting the Nov / Dec passenger figures for those that are interested
November saw 27 , 903 use the airport with the continuation of the Ryanair flights throughout the winter , of particular note was the new service to Krakow which saw 2827 passengers , about 177 loads which is really good for a new route
Barbados saw 2 Thomson 787 inbound flights average about 238 pax
December saw 31 , 857 use the airport
All the 5 Lapland flights went out full and all are returning this winter coming
Krakow again saw great figures of 3093 passengers averaging about 172 per flight which is obviously proving popular as is the extra Thomson flight to Lanzarote
Easy Jet started earlier this year and benefitted in 4109 passengers use the service and they have now increased the Geneva route to Daily for a month from March 23 finishing mid April now
This is the first time in many years they have increased the service with 2 flights on a Sat / Sun
Other wise no sign at all of any increase or new routes from Ryanair or in fact any cruise charters this year after last years big programme throughout the summer nothing at all !!
