I don't agree that it is pie in the sky, the network perhaps lacks focus (eg the omission of ADD) but as a general aspiration it's fine.
Taken individually, 18 of the specified routes are currently unserved. That number drops to 15 if you remove Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland.
I meant the direct flights to Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland were pie in the sky, not the whole thing.
