But do you get job straight out of training Ostrici with Modular via Poland or whatsoever?

Answer: Nope.

With BAA's offer you do have a job after training. In my opinion a pretty good choice.

And if you dont want to invest in travelling for assessment, what do you expect after finishing your modular training somewhere and go for job interview in God knows where? You think airlines will pay for you? Sorry but that is maybe your dreamworld.

That you have to travel maybe a few times for this assessment and interview would be a good investment if you prepare well enough so you may pass whole assessment.
If you dont pass then at least you died trying.
If you pass, you have a good career on useful aircraft.

Up to you what you decide.

If I had that opportunity back then, I would know for what I would go for.

Same sort of programs in UK cost at least 30-60K more.
