Sorry but you really think, ctc and OAA are going to pay you for the assessment fees, the travel and then the accommodation ? BAA is doing exactly the same except it's cheapest than England.
It is a 0 to frozen ATPL, and about the loan who told you to get one ? Nobody at BAA at least. Obviously it isn't free, but everything is written on previous post.
It's still a lot cheapest than the top 3, and the TR is paid by the airline, then taken upon your salary, once again cheaper than easyJet.
Of course you can go modular to Poland for your training, you're probably gonna save upto 15k eur, but once again you have a letter of engagement with the airline when you do BAA.
It's all about choices, but telling wrong infos on a public forum isn't fare
