I had heard the MAN facility is close to being formally announced. With Theresa the appeaser at the helm, probably makes no difference to the UK stance on pre clearance.
Probably right but chances are a Commons vote will be required to pass legislation so perhaps no harm in holding off until this blows over before announcing it.
