Doesn't look Australian or Canadian - I'd say sea-side UK and I'd bet the interior looks like Shoreham...... but for soem reason I have a feeling the architecture is similar to New Zealand buildings - Napier/Hastings has loads like that
But it has to be a pretty big town to afford something that big - so we're thinking of Wellington orChristchurch type places
