I don't think traffic off the motorway heading for the Semms road will go via that new bit. Looks like they are changing the roundabout at the end of the M56 spur to become free flowing onto the dual carriageway, rather than traffic light controlled as it is now. The new loop road will most likely for people coming round past Etrop Grange to access it (or the new Airport City buildings).
